Chris Channon Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 Hi all, just to let you know there is a new model shop opened in Stoke Rd Gosport Hants " Mainly planes and trains" Nothing to do with me, just makes a nice change to be able to say a shop is opening rather than all doom and gloom about local model shops closing. Probably best to approach /return via Stubbingon rather than Fareham. Traffic can be awful. Nice cafe in Stokes Bay to sit and review your purchases! The old shop was a bit off the beaten track but this one even more so, hope they find the trade. Paul Marsh Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 Been there before. Last bought an OS FX46 when I was round my Gran (now deceased). She wondered what it was I bought. I like Gosport, used to spend summers there, on Stokes Bay, where I went surfing and once surfed from Lee-On_Solent to Stokes. Also flew a few planes (electric on the park).
