Have a AR6000 DSM Spektrum and knew it was the first and not very good Spektrum to appear. Being DSM1 and single fixed 2.4 protocol. Anyone know about these and had any luck in the past. Tried using my 4 in 1 protocol unit and not working. Strange as I see these rx for sale at silly prices considering how useless it is now.

F35, bought last week as a kit for £20. with servos, esc and motor. -
This was a total guess and following the clues. Bought a 2 channel bird from a swapmeet, no idea what it was. Its only motor control only, has gyro. looked on Amazon, a similar model and came with this: So it says "FX651" a clue, really had a hunch it could be FX protocol. next is subtype,so selected subtype 620 and bound, literally first try and is worked! Channels were out, so deleted and set throttle as channel #1 and ailerons as channel #2. so: Protocol: FX Subtype: 620

Some new models, another Xfly F15, i've got the eagle one, so now have the brown camo... -
Having recently started using a 4 in 1 multiprotocol transmitter where I can use receivers from most protocols on one unit. Especially on the toys where you get a basic one use transmitter and if you buy another toy, you get another tx, and worse having to put batteries in all of them and knowing which was which. Also, if you buy a plane with a rx in it, and no tx, especially a built in board, it is useless without that tx. So , for example, you want to use a tx for the Topmodel £89 planes. research and find the protocol, set up, bind and can use that to fly that plane. The purpose of this thread is to build a base knowledge and database of what plane is what protocol and for future reference be available to all. Example #1 The ME109 pictured has its own transmitter but can get it to work using a DSM Sat and also the protocol code: On "Multi" the protocol is : V119S and sub protocol is E119

Probably was it. I do have a new one still in box - but need the retracts, which this mode had plus servos. SO I bought it and got th new one still unopened, -

Great thread! good idea... I still got most of my old planes, in fact flew one last week which is 30 years old. a twin of some sort. Though not lost many, luckily over the year, or maybe sold. lets have a look... 1. 25 sized Street cat. Built it, flew it lots, then was flying it a fly in and when back at the trader, a guy and his lad asked me if I would sell it, without engine as his lad loved it and offered me a really silly amount - £150 just for airframe and servos - really..? ok,then. Sad i sold it, but bought a cheap one recently with engine, ok i might build it again as still got the plan.. . 2. Moronic. Flew really well and did my A on it, had it for years various engines and think the radio failed and that was it, though by this time was a flying rag, though still have the ailerons and tail. Might find a kit somewhere... 3. Robbe Concorde. Actually still have it, but a wreck, as it was underpowered, flew really unstable and heavy. Still have the motors in it if found a new kit would put brushless in it and micro servos. -
A good template to use for all used stuff, which looks about right.

the Hobbyking, dynam me163 got round this by supplying, but not supplying them in the box. Very well thought out, so its up to you to fit them or not,but they a split so not a complete decal, unless you do so... the pic, can you spot them?
