Tony Bates
Question. Does anyone know what models are available that would take these engines, preferably warbird type though not exclusively? Size, make and price would be handy. I can and do build from plans as well.
David Davis
My fault Tony, I did not see that you'd incuded the engine types in the heading. A large radial-engined prototype would suit the radial, eg; Flair Stearman perhaps. Alternatively something like an FW190 from one of the specialist American plans suppliers. They often provide a laser cutting service as well. How about a 1/3 scale Fokker Triplane from BUSA? That would be different. Steve Hargreaves - Moderator
These engines should immediately be sent to me so I can drool over them & stroke them.... Especially the radial......
Paul Marsh
I've got the Sirius, but no model for it yet. Has both the exhaust collector ring and the ignition module. Probably get a stearman or a Yak 55. The Gemini Twin would be ideal in a 1/3 Cub. Got the 4-cyl Pegasus in a 1/3 cub.
