Brian Lambert
Anyone know if the AR6100 is upgradeable to the "quick reconnect" software? Also will the latest software allow AR7000 receivers to use the data logger?Brian
Tim Mackey
Yes and then No. ANY DSM2 receiver is upgradeable to quick connect.
Brian Lambert
Hi Tim Just had a reponse from Horizon on the same questions, and it seems the answer is yes and yes ......Hi Brian,Yes we can update the AR6100 receivers and yes the AR7000's will be DataLog Compatible. I believe you will need a 'Y' lead to use in thebattery port for this feature. Brian
Tim Mackey
What, just from the quick connect upgrade - or a special jobby ?
Brian Lambert
Tim I assume that if they get them in for a soft/firmware upgrade they put the latest version in.I notice the latest AR7000s that Ali had at Rougham were labeled "Now Flight log Compatible" or something like.I will be posting my box of receivers off tomorrow, will see what comes back. The turn round time from horizon was remarkable, Sent on Friday Back with me on Wednesday. Well done Glenn at Horizon!

Brian Lambert
Hi Roy, in to the battery port, via a "y" lead if you have used all the other channels. Don't forget that you can plug the battery in to any unused channel. Brian
