PeterB
Hi, As you can see I cannot start a new line of text, or paragraph . As using the enter key does nothing. Please advise, Peter. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Pete B
If you're using Internet Explorer, try setting the 'Compatibility' button. I'm a Firefox user but this is apparently what the CB looks like: Here are some instructions I posted a while back: To change Compatibility View settings Open Internet Explorer in the desktop. Press the Alt key to display the Menu bar (or press and hold the Address bar and then select Menu bar). Tap or click Tools, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings. Let us know if it works! PeterB
Hi Pete, As you can see fixed. Thanks I didn,t think of the "compatibility" button as I have posted with no problems before. Thanks again Peter
Phil Green
Old thread I know, but just for info, the forum treats 'Enter' as a new paragraph rather than a new line, and so uses double line spacing. In order to enter a genuine newline, use shift+Enter. This gives single-line spacing. Here are two examples, the first using 'enter' alone, the second using shift-'enter'. these lines were typed using 'enter' alone these lines were typed using shift-'enter' Incidentally, Facebook uses this same convention. Cheers Phil
