Chris Bott - Moderator
Sutton Coldfield Radio Control Aero Club are holding their scale day today. It's a gorgeous day and it looks like that will continue. Anyone going? I'll pop some photo's on here afterwards. PS - Here's some photos from the last one I attended Edited By Chris Bott - Moderator on 27/07/2014 09:11:
Colin Leighfield
I'll be there later. Can't do much this week because I had long overdue surgery on my left side eye-lids on Monday involving a skin graft. The recovery is remarkable but I don't want to overdo it and won't stay all day or try to fly. However I do hope to have a crack with the new camera and telephoto, so I'll see what I can do. ( My right eye is fine)! Edited By Colin Leighfield on 27/07/2014 10:28:
Paul Marsh
Drat! didn't know it was on today - thought later in the year.
Chris Bott - Moderator
So, we had a great scale day. A modest turnout but a big range of different models. I seem to be struggling to upload pics at the moment but here's 3 I've got into an album. Tell you what, I've put a lot of my photos on the SCRCAC website HERE Edited By Chris Bott - Moderator on 27/07/2014 17:53:
Colin Leighfield
I could only stay a couple of hours, sadly. The conditions were perfect today. Here's a few more pictures. Edited By Colin Leighfield on 27/07/2014 19:55:
Stevo
Now that looks like a really great day - some unusual ones there. The HP Heyford looks magnificent as does the Hawker Hart/Hind (or what ever...!)

Chris Bott - Moderator
We certainly did Tim. A very nice range of club sized models from members and visitors alike, and the GB IMAC team captain too. Not a bad day
Martyn K
Hi Chris I really like the Slide show for displaying photos. Is there a 'How-to' around for this method? Martyn

Chris Bott - Moderator
Posted by Martyn K on 28/07/2014 09:52:40: Hi Chris I really like the Slide show for displaying photos. Is there a 'How-to' around for this method? Martyn I'll try to get something written this evening Martyn. Basically it involves having them hosted in an album on picasaweb.google.com There, under "actions" you should change the album properties so it's not private. Finally, on picasaweb, to the right of the album you'll see a link called embed slideshow. Use the code from there with the posting button here that's to the right of the youtube button. Have a play in our sandbox.
