Phil Green Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 I don't know if you'd missed it Keith, but I'd already posted the full article & plan (courtesy of Ray RFJ) in post #10. I think the formatting problems were because your scans were huge and the page was trying to accommodate them as best it could.
