Dave Bran
Two models recently set up have the Aileron trim reversed! (The surface works correctly and so does the trim when opposed to normal) Anyone save me time on what might be the cause please?
PatMc
Dave, have you reversed them in the "Input" page ? Try the "Servo" (preferable but both servos) or the "Mixer" page.
Biggles' Elder Brother - Moderator
Check to see if you have "include trim" ticked in the aileron mix. I had a funny like this on an elevon model recently. If you have to reverse one of the two aileron channels in the mix then include trim (but don't take the reverse into account) weird things happen! J V R
I've a similar problem setting the timers up on a new model, the run time only stops at full throttle, but I can not see what's been done or what I have done to make this happen. Any ideas ??
Chris Bott - Moderator
What are your exact timer settings in the model Setup screen JVR?
J V R
Hi Chris, I will pop out to the shed later today and have a look at the TX settings
Biggles' Elder Brother - Moderator
Another question JVR - have you reversed the throttle? If so where did you put the reversing in? BEB
PatMc
JVR, is it an ic model with the throttle reversed in the "Input" page with the servo channel number selected as "Throttle Source" in the "Setup" page ? Chris Bott - Moderator
JVR I've just reproduced your issue by setting up the Timer as a THs so it works off the throttle, AND I've ticked Reverse Throttle in the Model Setup page. This causes the timer to run all the time EXCEPT when the throttle stick is at the top of travel. If what you want, is for the timer to only be stopped at the bottom of Throttle travel, untick the Reverse Throttle option, then go to the servos page and reverse the throttle servo.
