J.N.
I recall reading about the types of electric connectors in a previous issue of RCM&E. I thought it was a dedicated feature around mid 2014 however I have looked through the whole (less Jan 2014) of 2014 and the whole of 2013 and I cannot find it, unless of course it was in the Jan edition. Can anyone please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
Phil Green
Wayne Giles did a comprehensive test of RC connectors back in the Giantcod days, it should still be on their forum. Wayne is a professional power design engineer, he has all the specialist test gear and he designed a lot of Bob Smiths equipment used in the those incomprehensible BMFA News technical articles. I'll ask Wayne if he still has his results in a presentable format. Edit: found it: http://www.giantshark.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=121&t=1486 Unfortunately it predates HK XT60/XT90 types but I will ask Wayne as theres no doubt he will know.
