ken anderson.
hello - I have been in the process of re furbishing a Lander cougar - EDF...that I bought off old carry(Craig) .....he has moved on to greater things..I've always hand launched it for him...but intend to fit a set of Lander retracts...anyone have any experience of them-they seem to be too good to be true for the price....thank you.. ken Anderson...ne....1 retracts dept. scott cuppello
The smaller set's for the Cougar, etc, are good for the price, some people have complained of them stopping working without realising that you frequently need to adust servo end-points on the retract channel with e-retracts in order for them to operate reliably, other than that and keeping them clean and moisture free, nothing to worry about. James Hindle
I concur with Scott, I've still got the same set in my cougar and she's 5 years old now, still love flying her and still a great performer.

James Hindle
Hi Ken, Not sure if you are flying off grass or tarmac but she sits quite low and suffers a bit from a low AOA, I shimmed the front leg up with some 1/8 ply which helped a lot.
