cymaz
After the untimely demise of my lovely Giles 202 yesterday ( don't ask......oh go on then,) Im looking for an airframe for my Evo 20gx. A smooth flying aerobatic frame would be great, along the same characteristics as the Giles. It will fly off grass so a well built airframe essential. Open to any make etc... cymaz
Posted by flight1 on 14/06/2015 13:32:58: This Looks sweeeeet ! It's at the bottom of the engine size, I've only got a 20 cc. Now, if I had a spare 33gx it would be a different matter !
Reno Racer
This? Should build to withstand club fields **LINK**
flight1
no building this or you might require this more stable platform
cymaz
Posted by flight1 on 14/06/2015 16:11:44: or you might require this more stable platform Not a bad idea for a club trainer.....would you like one ?? Having done a lot of reading about the Seagull 260, it seems like a nice flier by all accounts. Just set it up correctly and keep the weight down, reinforce the U/C plate and you're away. cymaz
After a bit of reading, does anybody recommend the Seagull Edge 540 60size ?
Reno Racer
from me. Had one with an RCGF 15cc in which was more than enough. Balanced perfectly and flew fantastic, very stable and almost pattern like. Firewall to prop driver is quite small, only about 130mm, so your 20cc might not fit without severe surgery. flight1
Wouldn't the SEAGULL Edge 540 120 Size be better or EAGULL Ultimate Bi-Plane 90-120 Size or this for more fun Christen Eagle 75-91 size
