Maurice Lester
I have just added a Multiplex Multigyro G3 to a warbird but have a problem with its operation. Setting up the G3 appears to be OK with the LEDs behaving as they should and the unit working off the three position switch on the Tx is fine. In normal mode, when waggling the model by hand, theG3 works as it should and the rudder, elevator and ailerons all respond correctly. Unfortunately while both the rudder and elevator still work normally off the Tx sticks the ailerons do not! They do not work whatever the position of the threeway switch - even when the switch is in the middle (gyro off) position. The ailerons obviously work normally if the G3 is physically disconnected from the setup. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideally a solution? Chris Bott - Moderator
Hi Maurice and welcome to the forum. It sounds to me like the connection between Rx and G3 for the aileron isn't working. Could one of the plugs be not quite home, or plugged in the wrong way round? Maybe you could try swapping that cable for one of the working ones, in case you have a faulty lead.

Frank Skilbeck
The other option is just to connect one aileron to the gyro, I did this on another gyro I was trying, worked OK.Another option maybe to use a CC3D flight controller with Open Pilot which has an option for fixed wing as well as multirotor. I have one in a quad and I'm quite impressed, at less than ?15 it's worth a try
