Glyn44 Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 I was in much the same position awhile back. Then a colleague showed me the answer. Cut and shape a piece wood to shape/size you need. Find a plastic bottle that just fits over it, best to lubricate the inside, then use a heat gun to shrink the bottle onto the wood former. Remove the wood, and bobs your uncle.
