David Drew 1
I now have agrowing collection of unusable outrunners, all perfectly good engines except somewhere down the line one of the machine screws ? that fit the x frame to the engine have been lost. Searched high and low for a supplier. Any one got any ideas as where to find the little beggars.

Geoff S
First, make absolutely sure the missing screws aren't hidden inside the motor, held there by the magnets. It's happened to me and, fortunately, found before running the motor. If they really are lost then new ones (probably 3mm metric but certainly a standard metric size) are easily found. You can check the size from the ones you have left. A good source of screw and other useful stuff is Modelfixings. Geoff
cymaz
Ah yes, good old Modelfixings. I thought I did quite well considering I'm a dyed- in -the -wool IC man with petrol in my veins !
Peter Jenkins
I've recently come across this supplier and they were excellent.
Allan Bennett
If you use blue Loctite on the screws when you install them, you won't have that problem
