Keith Berriman
Just a minor point aim to get the clevis connector hole over the hinge line to get even movement on the moving part
Simon Kirk
Cheers RC I have done just that all done now, just attempting to set the cog but literally nothing seems to work, moved the battery 0.5mm at a time and it still won't sit flat, it's either tail or nose down everytime. Motor is 53g I belive, could that be the issue?
Denis Watkins
Those models balance on your fingers Simon Which battery are you using?
Keith Berriman
SK. It's awhile since I built mine if I remember I went for ESC at one side and reciever at the opposite site on the CofG line. I got a better balance with the model upside down and if I remember it was nose up, just as the best flying set up
Keith Berriman
After thought. Which way have you got the battery it needs to horizontal to the flight line and confirm the nose up is when the model is the right way up
Simon Kirk
Never mind it balanced fine in my fingers, just wouldn't balance in a rack. Just been for a maiden and all I can is WOWthis thing is seriously quick, had a good 15 mins before hitting the ground and breaking the nose..... guess the glue is coming back out!
