Have a look at the Online Archive section of the FAQs here. There is more information here. If none of this helps, you can email customer support at [email protected] I'm sure Beth Ashby will be able to help if you continue to have problems - I'll make sure she sees this on Monday. Unfortunately the email confirmation does not show a subscription number anywhere so it look like I will have to liaise with Beth. Thanks for getting back to me. Beth Ashby Moderator Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 Hi Ron, As Pete said, your confirmation should have had your subscriptions number on, it will always begin with '400' if this helps locate it. If not, customer support will be able to provide you with it on the email above or you could just give them a quick ring on 0344 243 9023 and they will be able to let you know there.
