Stearman65 Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Didn't get much response to my query on my KK Outlaw blog when I asked if anyone had used transparent coloured film, just one warning about how much it shrinks. I thought I might use it on the Outlaw as it would show off the building. HK do it at a reasonable price but don't have any in stock in the UK. Don Fry Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 No expert, but I would have thought that Solarfilm SoLite would be better than HobbyKing stuff. The HobbyKing stuff is a heavy film, very good, and it's all the same film, just different colours in the colour/glue layer. It shrinks well, and unless you are REALLY careful will warp the Outlaw structure, designed for lighter tissue covering. Micron Radio Control still have stocks.
