SIMON CRAGG
For my latest model (Eflite Cessna 150), I have the choice of either a brand new Skywalker or Hobbykings own 80a ESC. I have used both in the past, both being fine. I would be interested in what others think about them!.
Philip Lewis 3
Best value by far are the YEP ESC's, such a good copy of the genuine YGE one which is a much more expensive ESC that YGE had to redesign their own ESC, that's if you don't mind companies ripping off others copyright that is but that applies a lot to anything that is Chinese. SIMON CRAGG
Thanks, I agree and have been using YEP for years. Interested in the other two as I have several new of each!.
Trevor
I've used almost exclusively HobbyWing ESCs for many years and always found them reliable. However, almost all of mine are 60a or less so that may not be a good pointer for your 80a requirement. As well as the reliability, my other reason for staying loyal to one brand is that I have the programming card!
