john davidson 1
For many years I have used Microsofts free mail , Outlook , previously Live without any trouble. A few weeks ago messages from now back to 2017 disappeared, at the same time a pop up at the head of the page came up saying my storage allowance was 5GB and my usage was 7.1GB. Clicking on the pop up you can increase storage by buying extra for £60 a year or £75 a year or lose most of the features . Obviously a whizz kid at Microsoft has come up with the bright idea to blackmail users by this and raise revenue, anyone else affected? Proton is 5GB free. We don't use Microsoft or Apple so obviously don't use Outlook.
john davidson 1
Found the answer, Microsoft were putting all my photos on One Drive without my knowledge, taking up alot of space. I store all my own photos on sticks so once I deleted a few on One drive it is business as usual
