I've not had a problem with either supplier however the delivery times can be long but are stated in the descriptions before you order. I've found some UK suppliers of LW-PLA but the prices are £10+ per spool higher so for me the wait is worth it. As an aside I've been trying some ESUN and SUNLU PLA from Amazon which sometimes comes up in a flash sale at £15 per 1KG roll and so far I've noticed no difference with the 750G rolls of PLA from colorFabb. Another vote for 123-3D here. Just used them for a couple of rolls of ColorFabb LW-PLA and a roll of TPU. Quicker service and much better communication than iDig3D.
