Jon H Posted September 22, 2023 Share Posted September 22, 2023 I am after some help locating a swash plate and other bits and bobs for my crashed blade 400 heli. This was my first collective pitch heli and it took me from learning to hover all the way to aerobatics without a single crash, only for a swash servo to fail and the poor thing to bite the dust. A rebuild later, it flew well for years before another swash servo gave up and the same thing happened. I looked around for spares at the time and they were very thin on the ground. Now, another few years later, i am going to have one last go at getting the old girl back in the air so if anyone has any spares, crash damaged airframes or whatever else kicking around please let me know. Some parts are available still, but there is no point buying them if i cannot find the rest of the bits i need. I could get a swash from italy, but i am not paying 30 quid for postage, that is ridiculous. I do not fly heli's much any more as my trex 500 never felt as comfortable as my trusty blade 400 did. The poor thing looks so sad hung up on the wall all bent and twisted and it would be nice to return it to its former glory. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GaryW Posted September 22, 2023 Share Posted September 22, 2023 (edited) Baring needing new main gear and servos i have a complete 400 3D with Gyro Esc and E-flight 420-H (4200 kv ) Motor sitting here no longer doing anything never been crashed...
