Pete B
I think you've put the kiss of death on this thread with that one, Phil! Darned if I know.........thought it might be a Maule but the tail - and a lot of other bits - are wrong Anyway, here's something to resuscitate everyone: I've another pic which has the maker's name on the hanger behind but that would be too easy.......... Pete B
Aldershot being my home town, I remember the excitement at discovering the Avro Aldershot existed whilst poring over a reference book in the public library when I was about ten years old, whilst being extremely disappointed that it didn't look more like a Spitfire That was in the days when 10-year-old's frequented public libraries...... Phil Brooks
I might have to resort to the public library for the identity of Pete Miller's flying wing and tandem wing entries, can't find anything anywhere else. Failing that I'll wave the white flag, unless anyone else has done better! P.S. My Cranfield spy has not had time to go back for a second look at the A1, though he thinks it quite likely that another seat has been added. Peter Miller
I really dug into the strange and rare ones for those two. A clue to the conventional high winger. I designed a scale model of an aicraft from the same company but it was published in another magazine.
