David Perry
Was this shot just before a crash? I cant believe it really flew away from this tip-in-the-snow scenario! Maybe it did... David

George Worley - 4-Max
Hi Guys, I took the photo of Colin Low's Twinstar (with his camera) at the Basingstoke Model Aero Club's flying field. The snow was indeed soft and we had a blast skidding around in the snow. I can't remember if he got away with it, but like the rest of you I doubt it. I also took some video on the day. George Worley - 4-Max
The other Twinstar is mine and I have differential thrust on the motors controlled via the rudder stick. I like flying low n slow with the TSII and the differential throttle helps it turn nicely at low speed. I have also flown it off water and the differential throttle really helped as it doesn't have a water rudder. The video is a couple of years old. I also flew/skidded it in this last lot of snow, I also have some video, but just haven't got round to editing it. - Medical problem - only 1 head and 2 hands
