LHR Dave
Went to the Hastings show last year.Previously only ever been to Wings and wheels. The Hastings show knocks the spots off the flying at wings and wheels.a SUPERB DAY OUT and will definately be going again this year.

Tony Nijhuis
This year should be just as good if not better......Because it's organised by the Hastings MFC we invite pilots from all avenues, LMA, BMFA, BEFA ....etc but we limit the number so each pilot is assured of getting a fair few flights.....hence we get the best pilots attending......and they really do enjoy the show... See you there
Eddie Flux
Going to the Hastings show for the first time, booked a B&B already. The big question is can anyone come up with a near to post code for the flying site.

Flanker .
Sad to hear about the HP 42. What happened? F
David Ashby - Moderator
Downwind stall is what I heard Flanker but that's 2nd hand info so don't quote me.
Flanker .
Shame that. As you say 2nd hand, but if true sadder still. The HP 42 had about the slowest stalling speed ever. Have you seen old movie footage of one landing? If true then a big lesson in ignoring the ground speed down wind. You guys have published enough articles on the subject!
