Using IC props on electric?

all the time, they're a heavier construction but not sufficiently different to worry to much about - Strutter's using 11" ic prop, MimiPanic 9", Lil'Bit 6".  The only time I went out of my way to buy a leccy prop (other than indoor or folder) it broke on the first landing.
As long as it's reasonably balanced it should be fine.  You can always set soft start to ease the shock load on startup, and of course don't use motor braking.
