Dealing with tiny screws, etc

I'm finding that, not only having to put up with worsening close vision, I seem to have developed fingers like tree trunks!
I bought some small disc neodymium magnets for hatch and canopy closers recently. I've found that attaching one to the shaft of any tool such as a screwdriver, spanner or so on that I am using holds tiny screws, nuts, washers etc in place to allow fine positioning.
Excellent, too for retrieving servo screws when they drop into the fuselage or wing bay!

You might also want to think about getting a ' pick up tool ' also known as a ' pearl catcher.'

This has 3 tiny wire prongs which can hold a servo screw etc tight enough to insert and  even start the screw into the pre-drilled hole or thread.
Avail from Proops or Maplin etc.  Cost is about a pound or so for plastic version ( lasted 15 years so far ) or a bit more for the metal cased one.
Essential tool for any aero modeller!
