Erfolg
Tom I do not specifically know the answer to your question. What I do know is that "Microsoft Photo it" will not load onto 7. I also know that two virus protectors have varying issues with 7. The first is supplied by my service provider, that informs you, not all checks can be made. I have checked this with their Techies. The second well known product caused my PC to hang up, I had to reload. So I guess not all software is upwardly compatible. I still have to try with Flight Simulator 2000, Realistic Flight, FMS, Combat Simulator. In time it will be mainstream. As a system it does appear to be good. Tom McGhie
I have now tried Realflight 4.5 on W7 and it runs OK, but seems different handling from vista. Phoenix have confirmed that their sim will run on W7.

birdy
I hear that there is a free (and official) windows xp emulator for things that do not run with windows 7.

MartinN
Phoenix on Windows 7 is not a problem. If anything it runs better than it did in XP, 50% better than it did on Vista
