3m Blenderm & Micropore

Whilst having a tidy up, I found that I have two 3m products, which are Blenderm and Micropore.
Looking at them there is some similarity, in that they come on same size rolls are sticky. The difference appears to be the material, in that Blenderm is almost like Sellotape (durex if from the USA) and Micropore appears to be random fibre (similar to some glass tapes).

Are both equally suitable for indoor hinges?

If its any use, I have used both on small outdoor foamies, and all have stayed intact. The only downside is that they get a bit grubby, but that's a minor point really. Both stick quite well to depron surfaces, but then again, diamond tape is even better.
PS I wouldnt use them on any of my doors though...either inside or outside ones
