  1. Hi Outrunner, not quite. It was a special event we arranged with another club from Barcelona. The pilots were from all over Spain, with others from Portugal, France, Italy and Denmark. In total there were 80 pilots and 120 planes. It was a fantastic weekend!
  2. From an event at my club at the weekend.
  3. I'm a very happy Twinstar owner and flyer too. Mines somewhat plain compared to the examples shown but it flies on a regular basis and flies great and super easy to land.
  4. Similar situation with the EU warehouse re stock too, only about half a dozen items actually available to buy.
  5. Another early morning flight in perfect conditions.
  6. I concur Peter. In the four years he's had it he has not actively been trying to sell it. Also, he has several other models he bought new, an example being the E-flite Valiant ARF 1.7m. He made some remark about the ailerons not fitting properly and it has sat at his house since. A friend remarked that perhaps he sees them as invetments like antiques.
  7. I agree with your viewpoint Chris. What's important is that both parties have ageed to disagree without any nastiness and we remain friends. And, I still have my Topmodel CZ Marabu to enjoy.
  8. It's been agreed by both parties Don. He won't part for it for less and I won't pay more. We both respect each others positions so no harm done. Thanks to all who have made an input, very much appreciated. Steve.
  9. Please forgive me for posting this here but the timing is perfect.
  10. My offer was refused. He wants to sell it for the same as he bought it for four years ago!
  11. I think so too Ron, given it's vintage.
  12. I have sent the guy a message offering 500 euros for the Supra and await his reply. Somehow I have the feeling that it won't be favourable.
  13. I saw the same model being sold, only two years old, in 2012 for 1000 usd.
  14. The chap in the photo, a friend of mine, sold the Supra to another club member for 750 euros 4 years ago. The model has sat unflown in the new owners house ever since. I asked him if he would sell it to me and for how much. He said yes and wants 800 euros for it which I think is outrageous! Sure, the Supra is a quality ship and is in good condition but is circa 2011 and things have moved on a lot since then. I don't want to hurt his feelings but I am thinking of offering him 500 euros tops. Anyone wish to chime in with thoughts, suggestions much appreciated.
