  1. you are hopping a lot from a 30c 2650mah is that the largest battery you can fit in ? have you tried different props ? are your batterys balance charged test with meter what to and remember c rating is what the company say they are so can be taken with a pinch of salt

  3. you will find that your drill is a life battery or A123 which are ok to go flat with out too much damage but saying that you should be nice and recharge when it slows down as for using 3c in 8 battery tx keep a eye on the voltage read out if its got one you should be doing that any way
  4. i have db twin and there is a simple tube for the bearing i made a new set of blades and put bearing each end and these was a lot slower maybe i was not lined up but gone back to tube the blade is layed in a square with end tuck under the next like folding a top of a box i just painted the blades as easier to ca them if they crack safe trying to lift the covering
  5. or go spektrum and use 2 life with a ubec works great no changing parts no high voltage needed you can change any plug to what you need why buy over priced batterys just because it got right plug on   Edited By crispin church on 05/12/2012 15:50:33

  7. get a 2volt lead battery for glow plug best thing i have ever done ok you got a lead but 2v 4amps starts well every time if the rest is near and the set up by putting a pin in the carb barrel and closing on to it then blowing down the fuel line to set the idle is a good starting place
  8. you can only do flaperons if your wing has a servo for each aileron and you a channel for each side or if on spektrum the aux and program a mix on your tx you can use 5% down for take off 20% or more for landing it is very hit and miss start with a little and work up if you out large a mount of flap you end up stopping mid air
  9. winter prodject sorted many thanks been flying my twin db sports a lot lately and feel i must go solo as in rotas
  10. if you want to use old servos that you feel are safe then not sure of the servo you got but if they are 3 wire and you can solder then you can change the plug but you need to change the order of the wires the + and - are the other way round if its servos with more than 3 wires then a big NO
