I immediately liked the look of this until I saw the price. From description he's spent £500 on it. Unless I've missed something like a gold plated spinner, he's been ripped off. I won't follow suit by paying the asking price...

Perhaps the funniest part of this was the report that the tank suffered no damage. Wouldn't be much good if it did. As I recall at Augustdorf there was a barracks named after Erwin Rommel. -

Just an enquiry really in case anyone else has had the same. Sky thanked us recently for upgrading to a sports package quoting the date and time it was updated. Funny thing is there was no one at home at that time the upgrade was made. Sky have refused a refund and we have had to give them 30 days notice to cancel the upgrade. They don't appear to believe us and assure us it takes a few steps to complete so cannot be done by accident. Laundry woman did recall getting an email about an upgrade and then it slipped her mind to follow it up. Beware in case it happens to you.

IMO it was way too high for that. We are in a flight path and nothing goes that high. I couldn't get an Internet connection for checking flight radar though.

Yesterday, Sunday the 24th of May I was at the flying field when at about 11.15 I saw what appeared to be a small dot of silvery light in the sky. It was VERY high up and it was difficult to judge if it was moving due to the clouds moving about. Cloud cover then moved in and when the sky had cleared some minutes later the light had gone. I have read it is possible to see the international space station from earth but all the listed information states it can only be seen after dark. Any ideas? PS I wasn't the only one to see it and I was perfectly sober!

Al good stuff but did anyone notice the scrapped cars being literally grabbed and chucked on lorries?? Some of them were better than the car I drive. And they left glass everywhere. I nearly made an offer on a really clean looking 52 plate Peugeot 206.
