Try updating the sd card you might get a glider I am happy with the Taranis but the small differences in the X10 horus are starting to do my head in.

I did have some models in there as an experiment which I got rid of before the new install.

Cheers, I thought I had cockerel`ed up again. what about this problem have you had this ? [ Storage Warning bad radio data press any key ] when I inserted the sd card and started the X10 back up. If I press any key it says welcome to opentx and starts into calibration ok but is this normal ?

On re installing the sd card contents I have now got a plane and a glider to choose from but no wing or quad Also if I start a model in position 1 and delete it even though model position 1 is empty I cannot install on position 1 but position 2. In the end you could have 1 model installed on position 9 due to deleting 8 models. Is there a way of sorting this out like the Taranis you can move model position easy but on this X10 if the models are gone you cannot move the position with the red pointing device. I came across another problem when I tried to install a model quad on the X10 version 2.2.1 and that was the install wizard only giving me a choice of a plane. The rotary knob wouldn't select anything else so I tried a few things like updating to version 2.2.2 but came up against this So I tried to re install the contents of the sd card to the newest version and found this [ Storage Warning bad radio data press any key ] when I inserted the sd card and started the X10 back up. Hello, I have a problem with my X10 version 2.2.1. Just tried to program a model manually into the tx not using companion and the set up wizard will only let me select a plane. The rotary control will not cycle through any other model types, the only picture I get is a plane not like the Taranis where I can chose Plane, Wing, Helicopter, Quad. -
I must need glasses, the small case q looks nothing like a Q on my Taranis screen. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it

My Taranis 9d+ version 2.2.2 seems to be missing the letter Q in the programing menus or am I doing something wrong ? Programed a Quad in today but had to call it a Copter

Not sure what I am going to use once my tin of Clearcoat runs out I use it for everything.

Peter. I looked at some underlay for hard flooring in B&Q but it seemed a bit soft to me, maybe I looked at the wrong stuff

Some of those tiles look to have larger cork particles than others with gaps maybe I would be better with the pin board sheeting as it looks more compact less chance of my pin going in a hole

Thanks chaps, I did think of plaster board but it can be messy and I did hear its starting to get difficult to dispose of the waste now ( could be wrong ) I,m still trying to get cheap laminate worktop offcuts. Loads pop up on Facebook market place locally but it goes too fast for me. I need to hone my buying skills.

Can anyone recommend some good cork for a building pin board ? Would I be better using two layers or just one ?

The X10 is a bit like that, mine had a bit of foam over the switches that doesn't do a lot. For the sake of an extra 10mm more space it's poorly thought out. I would have got the alloy case for it but £50 !!!

How low will the carb be to the centre of your fuel tank position ? Watching with interest as your using nice motors.
