Never thought about flying from the Blorenge... Live in Ebbw Vale so not far away.. Have a look on a470soaring. Blogspot.co.uk.. The boys give a few sites around the area. The good thing is they also list the wind direction for each site. -

hi YakMad, I know its taken a while but Ive finally flown the Yak today. Did 3 circuits while trimming out the model. then threw it about. What can I say other than it will do a lot more than I can!!! The YT Yak maybe designed for electric, not even supplied with a fuel tank, but it is a very well put together piece of kit. I would recomend it.

Hi gents, thanks for the info you sent. I took all on board and as predicted they didn't have any at Weston park to have a look at. Never mind YT International had an irresistible Yak 55. Should be ready to fly before the weekend.
