Scruffmeister
I'm looking for a good park flyer as it's getting harder and harder to make it to the flying field regularly. The model needs to have aileron, rudder and elevator control. It needs to be aerobatic, but also slow flying and safe for a small outdoor space. What's been working for you? Romeo Whisky
Depends what you mean by a small space. Most of the Multiplex range can be flown off quite a small field. My favourite small flyer for several years has been the Mini-Mag, which is similar to the FunCub (which I also have) but smaller. But the Gemini biplane might add a bit of spice if you want something a bit different. Then there is virtually the whole range of GWS and Alpha warbirds (all belly-landers). And if you prefer balsa/ply models there is the Seagull EP range such as the Decathlon, but these are not belly landers so you'll need short grass for these. You are really spoilt for choice
Alan B
RC Factory Flash - Brilliant. Fly it slow,fast,F3 even train on it! Fly it close or rip up the sky. You wouldn't be disapointed. Will take off in about 10 ft on tarmac -short grass - or over/under hand launch. Made from tough EPP foam.
