Simon Chaddock
Clear blue and light winds but with rain and gales tomorrow I could not resist a flight with the Giant Dragon and the 808 video camera. 10 minutes general flying with some aerobatics (edited out) then a 25 second full power climb followed by a 7 minute slow glide into what little wind there was. A low sun and the You Tube compression does nothing for the video quality! From the ground it simply did not move and for all the world looked like it was hanging in the sky.It was of course slowly descending and after a total flight time of 17 minutes the cold got to my fingers. Doh! no gloves. Edited By Simon Chaddock on 16/11/2010 12:49:

Eck
Looks as though you had a great morning! It's freezing and dull here North of the Tay, but with very little wind. Almost, but not quite tempting!

leccyflyer
Thought I recognised the Thelwall Viaduct there at the beginning
Ultymate
"Standing still over Cheshire" very apt for the Thelwall viaduct
