Frank Skilbeck
As a sport EDF the Fantom is pretty good and uses regular 2100 mah 3S lipo's easy to launch and goes quite well. Mines about 3 years old now, looks a bit tatty but still flies very well.

Myron Beaumont
It has to be the Nigel Hawkes; EZEFAN .Flies like a dream .Fast or slow ! I would think that the airframe will cost you about a tenner max .It was a free plan in RCM@E a while back by the way just in case you've never heard of it . I built mine from my scrap box a bit bigger than the plan with a 4s battery in it (36" span) You can launch it vertically if you want to !!Edited By Myron Beaumont on 01/12/2010 21:13:
Phil 9
nice idea Myron. I hope I kept that copy (my wife has a habbit of binning them after a couple of months)
Phil 9
The EZEFAN looks so simple I could probably build one even without the plans?
