Peter Wiadrowski
Having used all the hardware provided in the kit, I have found that the wheels with their metal hubs and rubber sleev on the axles are in fact rather difficult to run easily. Does anyone know how I could free up the whhels prior to my first flight
David Ashby - Moderator
Peter, there's another thread about this funnily enough. I assume greasing the asle isn't enough? If not then it's a case of re-boring/drilling the wheel or getting some replacements. On our review model Maurice put vaseline on the axle to free up the wheel. Bri.
I am surprised that the review here contradicts the one in November issue of RCME.
David Ashby - Moderator
The site review system here is not meant to tie-in with the magazine. It allows readers/users to say what they think, including occasionaly me

ntsmith
Just got mine today. The wheels have a rather bizare method of retention but seem fine - welll they revolve which is about all wheels can be expected to do!
