Phil May
I have just made this mount for my Gum Cam It is designed to fit like this It is secured on the wing mount bolts of my Stik , It weighs next to nothing, according to my kitchen scales just over an once! There appears to be no difference in the balance of the model, will this make the model dangerous / uncontrollable to fly? The camera stands 75mm high and 20mm wide. Cheers guys Phil
BB
No, it will be fine. Any drag will show itself & a couple of clicks either way will sort it. BB

PatMc
You're going to get an awful lot of nothing but sky unless you intend to fly inverted most of the time.I think the results will be better if the camera is pointing backwards or if you can mount it underneath the model pointing at slightly down
Phil May
Hi PatMc, the camera is going to face rearwards and slightly downwards. A bit of experimenting may be required to get desired effect Phil
Phil May
Hi guys, I managed to get some cracking footage today. I'll have a fiddle and sort out a link later. On a bad note, the u/c on my Renegade caused me grief, have a look at my other post. B.P
