SG 38 Zogling - Primary Glider

Hi Nigel, well done! Well what I did with my SG-38 is simply ran two sets of piano wire through the fuselage, making sure the joints were good and strong.

The wings have brass tubes built into them to accept the piano wire, please see photo below. This way they wings are removable. The piano wire is quite stiff within the brass tubes and I have had no problem (to date!) with the wings coming undone. smiley Not flown the 38 in a long time and am looking forward to dusting her off and getting her back into the air soon.smiley

Hi Nigel, can you tell me the approximate flying weight of the model please. This will determine the motor selection. Will you be using a 3 cell lipo battery? I am not an expert on motor selection so might have to ask Tom Wright2 for advice based on the weight.
