Lord Depron
I have just completed and flown the Poppet,a Falcon kit designed by Vic Smeed. It has been converted from free flight to RC.It's powered by a 2200KV outrunner running off a 2 cell giving me a flight time on just under half throttle of some 15 minutes. She flys beautifully. The tail feathers are made from laminated 2mm Depron to ease construction but still carry the same dimensions.Another model I have built is a cartoon version of a Fokker Eindecker, way out of scale of course but quite a lively performer,at 25" wingspan not a large model. Steve W-O
How do you cover the depron? I was thinking of light weight glass fibre and varnish, but it looks like plastic film on yours
