Scruffmeister
Does anyone know the product name of the micro hook-and-loop type of Velcro used by Horizon Hobby to secure 1s LiPos to the side of their models? Photo attached if it helps...

Dave Bran
Not that simple, Ken. Depending on the model or range of models you need to use the batteries across, thickness of the final item matters, and the stuff they use is much thinner than the usual supply sources. Also for fitting the slide in chargers. I went so far as to modify a charger to get more rear depth as I have searched and not found. Chris Bott - Moderator
SM I have no idea if this is the stuff, but these people do one called "low profile" FASTNA low profile
Vecchio Austriaco
There are battery fasteners available from Dualsky - they have the fine profile. I use them (cut into 1.5cm pieces) on my UMX Extra. Standard Velcro would kill the model.

Allan Bowker
This 'micro velcro' stuff is hard to find, even getting hold of the official Horizon Hobby part is not easy.
TheFlyingCrust
Totem Hobbies in Plymouth supplied some to me last year. Give 'em a try. Edited By Rentman on 30/10/2012 23:57:
