Glenn Moore
It was built from a plan I got off the internet and the original was intended for ic power and balsa construction, it just needed a bit of modification for electric power and depron constructionthere is a short video of the second flight here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=767218Glenn

Jonathan Lewzey
It's great. Are you a depron fan? Some people hate it, but I disagree, its both strong and lightweight. the only problem is that it creases - hopefully you haven't had any of that! Glenn Moore
thanks guys, I guess its safe to say I have become a big fan of depron. These large ultralight models are capable of flying on cheap power systems and although prone to hanger rash are quite durable thanks largely to the light weight. The FW190 and the spitfire before it only cost between £20 and £30 each in materials including the paint and the motor, controller and servos not much more, so there is a lot of fun to be had without spending a lot of money.while it is true that they are best flown in calm conditions, they are quite capable of handling a good breeze, just not in a scale manner Glenn
