David Ashby - Moderator
To be honest Alan I've never seen Overlander branded servos, in the past or present, I can't see any on their website. Are you sure the name's correct? Edited By David Ashby on 08/06/2012 13:52:
GrahamC
I've not seen them. I,ve used Towerpro 5010's and been pleased. They are cheap - though Giant shark don't have them at present. They are fast and strong too and are rated at 6kg at 6v. I've probably had about 15 and had one go loopy - though it was probably getting more than 6v from a freshly charged 5 cell rx pack. Lee Smalley
Alturn servos as advertised in RCM+E have proven themselves to be good reliable servos at a good price, not exactly tower pro price but much better than them in terms of precision

Edited By David Ashby on 08/06/2012 13:52:09 It's strange, a search on the Overlander site doesn't produce them, but a web-wide Google search finds them here, as well as several other retailers. Trevor Crook
I've also used Towerpro 5010's - well 4 of them anyway. They're in a 60" Seagull PT19 which has had 20 or 30 flights without a problem. As Graham says, GS are out of stock - don't know if they're available anywhere else.

Hence the query as to the proberty of the articles as there seems to be a large amount of fakes about . Thankyou to everyone for the recommendations.
