Andymick01 Posted October 21, 2012 Share Posted October 21, 2012 Hi, I have finally convinced myself to take the plunge in to wolrd of RC planes. oI have always wanted to take up the hobbie but for some reason never got around to it. I am looking to join a club in or around the oldham area. I spent 2 hours today trying to find the oldham flying site. I went on google and got a map but could not work out how to get to it. anyway looking forward to picking up tips in the variuos forums. MikeS Posted October 22, 2012 Share Posted October 22, 2012 Andy. Trust me when I say leave the hobby. Do it, just go now and close the door. This hobby is nothing but fun and is very sociable. You spend lots of time with other men in fields some playing with there choppers. You wife will leave you and your friends will miss you. Oh but its worth it!!!!
