I have one of these, and been out of the game for sometime,

I haven't seen one of those for quite some time. SLEC list some of the old Balsacraft kits on their website.  Doesn't look as if the Rapier is there though.

That looks rather like a Limbo Dancer in your avatar pic, Craig. They are producing that again, in electric and i/c versions. (There's one on my avatar pic too - but rather less easy to identify as such!)

Yeah it is a limbo John,

Its a shame if they aint making the Rapier anymore, used to be perfect for any weather, mine goes like a bullet too, i know your restricted as to what you can do with them.

But when its too windy to fly anything else you can still get your fix

They turn up a swopmeets from time-to-time, both as the RTF versions that they used to make, to unstarted kits and finished items.

I've got two, one complete and one still in it's box.

The kit was really low priced aswell, i wish i had bought another one if i knew they were stopping making them

I got mine for £20 at a Ripmax clear-out, complete with MDS 40 engine... Sold the engine for £20!

You used to be able to download a very very close looking couple of delta plans from colin ushers site. But, the're not there now, just checked. I've got copies saved on my 'puter as .pdf. Can email copies if you like, just send me a PM with your email.
