Ade Eades (Eadsie)
As above, i want to build my first plane, and i want it to be a 109e. I have epo foam planes (parkzone sukhoi 26m and a edf 64mm duct hawk jet) is there a electric kit on the market? I have looked around and read threads but not found electric kit. I have made balsa kit before many moons ago when i was 11 it was rubber band powered. It flew to some degree lol. So im not a total novice, time is no problem so i Will take lots of it to build. Any ideas? Im looking for 36inch span or something like that. Cheers. Ade
Danny Fenton
Hi Ade, I haven't built any of Adrians design, but they look like great models. I think Tim Hooper has built the odd one. Have a search for Adrian Britton desgns, he did a whole range of smaller warbirds. Adrian sadly passed away not that long ago, he was very talented chappie and a great contributor to the hobby. LINK Several of his models were free plans in the "other" mags Cheers Danny
Frank Skilbeck
The Adrian Britton one is only 24" wingspan. You could convert one of these to electric. Whatever you do don't forget the build thread.
