AndyD Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 Hi everyone,new to forums so not sure what im doing is right or wrong but my flying skills are better than my pc skills ? computers and myself dont seem to get along so i hope everyones patient.been flying since the 80s except when life gets in the way,just upset most of my club members by buying an acrowot xl and converted it to electric so i thought i might as well upset a few more (in a nice way).as i said im useless with computers so any help on avatars,every time i try an change it i get the same picture showing although i did manage to change it once without seeing the new image, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

How do you you manage battery changes, is it a wings off job? im only running about 1800w on 10s and even then will just about prop hang/need more elevator movement for that,but this planes not about that but great fun flying,not worked out final flying times yet but looking like a good ten mins.done a slight mod to the bulkhead so i can change the batterys through a hatch in the bottom of the cowl,in a 15mph wind cut the throttle and it sinks down no forward motion no wing drop,makes a good heli.
