Frank Skilbeck Posted September 13, 2015 Share Posted September 13, 2015 A couple of weeks ago I ordered a small item off RCMC online, their page said it was in stock and my order page showed payment accepted. After 1 week it hadn't arrived so I e-mailed them to ask for an update, no response and now another week later I note their website is down for maintenance. No advertised phone number or postal address tends to put me off when choosing a supplier. They have a Facebook Page & Twitter account, however no activity on them (2 likes & 1 tweet!), so they do not seem active at all. Google last cached their site 6 Sep 2015 13:44:12 GMT. Hopefully you paid by PayPal or Credit card Frank? If so, then getting your money back should be fairly straightforward. Have you tried using RCFerret to find a good deal on your parts?
