At a loss with how to make contact this company. To date.......

About three emails through their website contact form with no reply.

Two calls one of 15 minutes another of 25 minutes. Never picked up always placed on hold. Presently been on hold for plus ten mins....not holding much hope of an answer.

Is it possible for someone to contact me please about one of your products I am having difficulty purchasing please ?

Me too !

I took advantage of the recent 30% discount and bought 3 full sets of plans & CNC wood but unfortunately one of the plans sent was for a different model.

As soon as I received the wrong plan I emailed them about the problem but heard nothing. I've tried again but still have no reply or correct plan.

From the experiences above I'm not going to waste time and money on phone calls so I'll keep trying by email and see if they eventually respond. If not then I guess I'll have to ask my credit card company to get involved but seems surprising if MyHobbyStore really are that unresponsive.
