Bob Cotsford
How much of a build do you want? How about a Sig 4 Star 60 or the 120 version?
Richie Carey Maddog Designs UK
Hi Phil 9, here's the kit Steve was trying to give you the link for. the Hammerhead comes in 75" and 62" kits, the 62" prototype is powered by an SC 91a-s ABC motor which is more than enough to pull the model around the sky. I am just finalizing the drawings for laser/router cutting so I am hoping to have the first kits available early July thios year. apologies for the warning on my website, apparently, according to those in the know, it has something to do with the system I installed to analyse the through traffic on my website. I have a professional web designer building me a new website, just sent him the photos and logos so id say we are almost ready to upload the new website very soon. Cheers Richie Thanks Steve Balaam, for the recommendation, see soon you at the Weston Park show.
Richie Carey Maddog Designs UK
this is a video of the 75" Hammerheads maiden flight, sorry for the poor quality it was done on my iPhone. I will be getting a professional video done for my website soon. Phil 9
looks nice. what size engine is best for the 75 inch model?
Richie Carey Maddog Designs UK
Phil 9, the model is fitted with the evolution 33cc motor which is what I would recommend for the 75" Hammerhead if you want a good aerobatic model. however if you are just looking for good club flyer or a hack model a decent 25cc motor will do just fine. Braddock, VC
Have alook at glensmodels.com, he used to do some planes that needed a 90 sized engine. I've seen a couple albeit some years ago and always promised myself one as they looked excellent quality for the price.
